A business system that adapts to you.
We build custom ERP systems that bring orders, inventory, customers and reports together in one clear application, built around your processes.

When your business outgrows spreadsheets.
Data in spreadsheets and e-mail
Important information is scattered across spreadsheets, folders and inboxes.
Double entry and errors
You enter the same data several times, in several programs, and every time it can go wrong.
Software that doesn't fit your work
Off-the-shelf software forces you into processes that aren't yours and features you don't need.
No real-time overview
Reports are put together by hand, so decisions are based on last week's numbers.
Everything your business needs, in one place.
Sales and orders
Quotes, orders and their status, from first contact to dispatch.
Inventory and warehouse
Stock levels, receipts, issues and low-stock alerts.
Production
Work orders, bills of materials, deadlines and a clear view of work in progress.
CRM and customers
Everything about customers and suppliers: contacts, history and agreements.
Documents and invoices
Quotes, delivery notes and invoices generated from data you already have.
Reports and dashboards
Key figures in real time, with no spreadsheets to assemble by hand.
Users and permissions
Every employee sees and edits only what they need for their work.
Integrations and API
Connections to your web shop, accounting and other tools.
Choose only the modules you need and add more as your business grows.

One system.One source of truth.
Orders, inventory, production and customers share the same data. When something changes in one place, it is instantly visible everywhere, with no double entry and no reconciling spreadsheets.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an ERP system?
It depends on the scope and the number of modules. You get a detailed timeline after the process analysis. Because we build in phases, you start using the first module before the whole system is finished.
Can we start with a single module?
Yes. We usually start with the module that solves your biggest problem, such as inventory or orders, and then expand the system.
Can you migrate data from spreadsheets or our current software?
Yes. Data migration is part of the project. We import data from Excel spreadsheets, CSV files or your current software, if it supports export.
How is data security handled?
Access is controlled with user roles and permissions, the connection is encrypted, and the system is designed in line with the GDPR.
What happens after launch?
After launch we provide support, updates and further development. We agree on the scope of maintenance together.
How much does a custom ERP cost?
The price depends on the scope and the number of modules. After a short conversation and an analysis of your processes, we prepare a quote.
